TPAE® is an architectural-acoustics company based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. We specialize in sound-field simulation, on-site acoustic measurement, and the design, manufacture and sale of acoustic materials — serving concert halls, auditoriums, conference venues, rehearsal and music rooms across Taiwan.
Using advanced sound-field simulation, we predict acoustic strengths and defects before construction or fit-out is complete — with auralized audio previews, data charts and color distribution maps. Our capability covers large venues, mixed-use buildings, multipurpose halls, arts centers, international conference rooms, video-conference rooms, rehearsal rooms, piano and drum rooms, and offices.
Our strength lies in combining architectural acoustics with sound-reinforcement system planning — designing overall sound quality across finish materials, structures, room geometry and loudspeaker selection. TPAE holds licensed interior-renovation engineering and design credentials.
We evaluate and verify with objective data — measuring up to 20 acoustic indicators including RT60 reverberation time, SPL uniformity and STI speech intelligibility, before, during and after construction. Even outside our own construction scope, we document existing conditions objectively to support later improvement work.
To realize the predicted sound field, we design and manufacture absorption, diffusion, sound-insulation, reflection and vibration-damping materials — including the Octave acoustic reflector series and a full range of absorbers, diffusers and damping panels.
Our interior design service integrates noise treatment, sound-insulation structures and room-acoustics design into complete spatial planning — from requirement interviews and preliminary layouts through detailed design, on-site supervision and final acceptance.
